DIET.....

This is a detox diet or detox type that seeks to eliminate the toxins that accumulate in the body for several reasons: unhealthy diet, stress, environment, etc. In addition to its detoxifying this diet will help you lose weight.

• DAY 1
- Breakfast: Fruit
- Lunch: Chicken or fish with vegetables
- Dinner: a salad (with vinegar or lemon juice or salad dressing made with vinegar, avocado and olive oil)

Day 2 and 3
These two days are the only fruit.
During each day you should eat fruit in the same class. You can choose between: pineapple, apple, grapes, papaya.

4 to 8 DAYS
- Breakfast: fruit
- Lunch: raw salad (with vinegar or lemon juice or salad dressing made with vinegar, avocado and olive oil)
- Dinner: Carrots or raw salad or vegetable fat.

Days 9 and 10
- Breakfast: fruit
- Lunch: Chicken or tuna salad
- Dinner: vegetables

Important:
- On days 4 to 8 should not put chicken or tuna salad.
- If you feel weak, you can eat about 10 almonds fried.
- This diet should not extend the time specified.
